We are looking for a Web Designer with Flash experience and with a solid understanding of current web-based technologies. You'll have experience in cross-browser development on multiple platforms and a keen eye for user interface design. While you'll work for our organization alone, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of Web presences that we're working on. Our ideal designer will be comfortable and excited about designing and developing rich, interactive features in Flash as well other modern web technologies. The position requires an independent, self-starter with a positive attitude used to meet ever-changing projects and timelines.

You will work have access to web developers to help deliver cutting-edge solutions and have direct access and input to senior leadership within the organization. We offer an extremely competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities Include:

- Designing and developing entire web sites, web pages, applications, and other marketing assets using HTML, CSS, Flash, and JavaScript.

- Collaborate with other developers, team members and company leadership

Experience with the following:

* High level of HTML design & coding (must have CSS experience)
* JavaScript
* Flash 8 or higher
* Actionscript
* Photoshop CS or higher
* Illustrator CS or higher
* Experience with Flash XML is a plus
* Strong User Interface design experience
* Superior attention to detail
* Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
* Time-management and work prioritizing skills
