Who loves a mystery?

My Illustrator will absolutely not load up anymore. Jan 19, 2:20pm it was just fine. Jan 19, 2:21, it stopped working. I've done everything, let me repeat EVERYTHING I can think of and exhausted every user group, Adobe tech report, and resource I know who could help. Alas, to no avail.

Can someone in this group put me in touch with a person who can look at my machine, dig down into it , figure it out and fix it? This is clearly beyond my ability to troubleshoot.

I use Illustrator mainly to create files for After Effects video projects. Those projects are waiting patiently...for now.
