October Meeting – Lightroom and HDR

Lightroom is a great way to organize your images and your workflow. Join Gene McCullagh as he walks you through processing your HDR images using Lightroom as your base of operations. We’ll explore things like LR Enfuse, Photomatix, HDR Efex Pro, and Photoshop. Learn how to organize your bracketed shots and keep track of your HDR image from start to finish no matter which applications you use throughout the process. Even if you aren’t a Lightroom user, many of the examples will be immediately applicable to Bridge, Photoshop, or whatever you use to process your HDR shots.

See you there!

We’ll be starting up in October

We usually begin meeting again in September but this year, due to some technical difficulties, out first meeting will be in October. So stayed tuned. We are putting together some interesting programs for you!

April Meeting – Fireworks CS5 with Jim Babbage

Fireworks GuruDFWAUG is extremely fortunate to have Jim Babbage speak to us via Adobe Connect at our April 16th meeting regarding Fireworks CS5. While Photoshop may get a majority of the press from Adobe, we think you’ll find that Fireworks (FW) is definitely an unsung hero when it comes to webdesign, as you’ll see during Jim’s presentation.

Everybody knows that the best way to have a great looking website is to plan ahead and do a mock-up of your site, and you really can’t do better than Fireworks. Jim will show us how it’s done, so be prepared to never look at FW the same way again. You just may be adding a new tool to your webdesign arsenal when the day is over. Check out Jim’s profile by clicking here.

We will meet at New Horizons and also make Jim’s presentation available via Connect for those who cannot attend in person. To join the Connect meeting just go to http://experts.adobeconnect.com/r69225705/ that day at 11:00 am CDT.
