Looking for technical architectural leadership to lead UI design efforts for the development of a next generation sales force automation system based on Flex, AIR, and JEE.

Looking for multiple developers to design and develop graphics rich applications (RIA, MXML, AS3).

Description:
** Developing high performance Flex/ActionScript3 applications for serving dynamic and rich content
** Leveraging the unique capabilities of Flex to create a highly tuned and modular application design.
** Developing reusable objects to consume and communicate with a Java Application, Web Services, and Database layer.

Skills Required:
** 3+ years experience in developing highly responsive Macromedia/Adobe Flex/Flash based complex Rich Internet Applications (RIA, MXML, AS3)
** Excellent, working knowledge of ActionScript 3 and Flex development environment in developing Flash-based applications and UI, video, audio, animation components.
** Deep experience designing modular, reusable, object-oriented code with ActionScript, Javascript
** Experience with Flash runtime server interactions: Remoting, Security model, JavaScript interface.
** Experience working with the Flex LiveCycle data adapters
** Comfortable with all aspects of formal OOP design, documentation and coding
** Experience in applications that utilize MVC & other Design Patterns in ActionScript
** Familiar with general web technologies like CSS, HTML, DHTML, javascript.
** Familiar with XML and JSON

This is not a creative role, but rather one where the right candidate would be developing the underlying logic behind the applications. Our client in North Dallas is looking for a
True Flash Action Script Programmer, not a designer.

Principal responsibilities include:

Must have strong flash development skills, usability insight, good writing skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Skills Inventory

Must have expert knowledge of ActionScript 2.0/3.0 and Object Oriented Programming.
Hands-on experience on Client-Server applications.
Thorough experience with dynamic, interactive content in Flash 7 or later versions.
Familiar with Flash Remoting Server, Flash Communication Server and Socket Server.
Successful track record of compatibility, detection, and optimization techniques with Flash & Adobe products.

Successful candidate will develop and maintain custom solutions using technologies such as: Flash, ActionScript, Flex, HTML, JSP, JavaScript, CSS, and maintain all assets under source control.

Some knowledge of Photoshop, Fireworks, and/or other professional image editing tools required.

Is there any way within Flash CS3 that allows the default size settings for the keyframes within the timeframe from the standard "Normal" to another size, such as "Medium"?

I would love it if Flash CS3 allowed you to save a certain size as a default setting so that you didn't have to constantly adjust this info every time you opened up a .fla file. Yeah – I know – it's relatively minor in the grand scheme of things, but still would be nice.
