I have tried to create 7 slideshows in an album book. I find that this functionality does not consistently create the slideshow.xml which in turn causes an error msg: ” the selected folder does not contain ‘slideshow.xml’.” I started out by creating a separate directory to contain each slldeshow. It does not seem to create and place slideshow.xml in the directory I choose within the export panel.

For all of those individuals (including myself) who feared that the merger with adobe would kill Fireworks – fear no more. There is currently a Fireworks beta being offered:
