Adobe Expert Needed

I am looking for an expert in Adobe products to support an initiative I am working on for a aftermarket insurance company in Austin, Texas

SUMMARY OF PROJECT

Insurance company in Austin looking for an Adobe designer/programmer with experience in creating e-forms utilizing current software solutions in Adobe Products.

PROJECT SCOPE
i. Development of asset management of existing database allowing for an improved workflow and ease and tracking of edits across multiple forms
ii. Ability to track historical change to forms for review by claims administrators and management
iii. Ability to edit one - change many and to receive alerts/reports on .forms changed, and any page layout issues.
iv. Create a supported and seamless environment from graphics to web based contracting.

CURRENT PROCESS
i. Currently client manages over 360 unique forms in a centralized art department primarily managed in Adobe InDesign with the majority of these forms submitted for conventional print production.

FORM DETAIL

i. Cllient has broken the forms management into the following 3 categories
a. 13 Unique Programs
b. 16 Core Accounts
c. 19 States

CURRENT CHALLENGES
i. The current process is cumbersome in development of new forms and edits of existing forms.
ii. There is not an existing strategy to bridge forms production to e forms client facing and e-forms and e-contracting IAS administration.
iii. Tracking changes is critical and the current process is manual.
iv. The process requires same content edits to multiple forms to be done manually.
