Adobe is letting people test drive Acrobat Connect:

Your free trial account will let you hold unlimited meetings with up to 15 people. The accounts do not have all the features of the professional version, but you do have the ability to Share apps, or even do remote management, [b]ALL VIA A BROWSER[/b].
I used this software just last week to help two clients remotely. I invited both clients to the same meeting and they each watched as I fixed the other’s machine remote. Oh, and the best part, one client was on Windows XP and the other on a Mac.
